"Koi fish pond"

I created this bowl to replicate a koi fish pond. I am really fascinated by koi fish ponds because of their ambience. The curves at the top represent the currents in a pond.

This artwork is inspired by Jim Dine and the use of tools and their mechanics in his artwork. I chose a music box I bought in Paris because I am fascinated by the way music boxes work and I wanted to display that to others,

This article was apart of the Life Drawing Unit. I chose my Dad for this piece because I think he looks very avid when he is cooking and I wanted to capture that.
